We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

-To perform daily work of vendor payment, staff reimbursment and fixed asset operation workflow management that falling into Accounts Payable
-To support supervior for suspense accounts' account payable/account receivable aging regular review
-To assist in functional project/initiatives roll out locally, i.e. e-expense
-To prepare cost recovery work under Service Level Agreements and settle monthly asia management headoffice overseas recovery cost centre report
-To answer enquires from internal customer and external vendor related to the payments
-To well understand and comply with relevant procedure and regulatory requirements
-To provide cross support and relieve co-work if necessary

Desired profile

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above, preferential to finance/accounting related field.
-1-2 years relevant experience, i.e. account payable/account receivable, accounting is preferred
-Strong sense of responsibility with good working attitude
-Strong communication skill and able to work under pressure
-Good computer knowledge
-Fluent in written and spoken English
