Groups, Conference and Events Executive – ADMINISTRATOR
The hotel has just finished in 2022 a transformational refurbishment, updating all of its Food & Beverage outlets, Bedrooms, Public Areas and Meeting Space.
Following the completion of the refurbishment, the hotel now boasts 1,100 bedrooms, a state of the art fitness centre, four unique restaurants and bars, 35+ meeting rooms, including three ballrooms, with capacity for over 1,350 guests as well as an exclusive event space with unparalleled breath-taking skyline views across London.

As a Groups, Conference and Events Executive - ADMINISTRATOR
You will be reporting to the Assistant Director of Groups, Conference & Events
Principle responsibilities and position purpose:
- Finalising and checking out Groups, Conference & Events invoices
- Commission calculation
- Daily revenue charge reports
- Raising charges
- Posting deposits
- Check credit background on Blue Book
- Uploading and coding invoices
- Updating daily weekly excel trackers (cancellations, deposits)
- Liaising with on property & cluster Finance Teamy
- Action refunds & allowances
- Attending weekly finance calls
- Attending daily GC&E Planning huddle
- Attending weekly commercial trainings
Desired skills & capabilities:
- Attention to detail
- Accuracy & precise
- Confident in using various softwares
- Confident with basic excel calculations
- Persistent with repeat daily & weekly tasks
