Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort is searching for a talented Engineering Coordinator to join their team!

Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, we offer direct access to the beach and the nine-mile Miami Beachwalk. Lincoln Road’s shopping and dining and Miami Beach Convention Center are within four miles. Features include two ocean-view outdoor pools, poolside cabanas, and our private beach. 

The ideal candidate will be an organized individual with an administrative background, great communication skills, computer proficient, experience handling phone calls/emails, creating purchase orders, keeping inventory counts and ordering accordingly. Customer service and hotel operations background is required.

Shift Pattern: Full Time/ Full availability is required including weekends and holidays (must be available to work 1 weekend day per week)/ Typical shift hours are 8:00am-4:30pm

What will I be doing?

Performs administrative duties including the coordination of maintenance and warranty requests, recording and tracking maintenance needs, typing, filing, answering telephones, taking messages, responding to, and troubleshooting maintenance requests and other general office duties.
