Working under the Site's Continual Improvement Manager, your mission will be to support Groupe SEB's Performance Management System, the purpose of which is to support the personnel and organisations across the enterprise of tomorrow.
In this respect, your assignment will be broken down into several stages:
· Drawing up a communications plan for the deployment of a Performance Management System.
· Deploying this Communications Plan using existing enterprise communications tools whist bringing original and inclusive ideas to the table, designed to change habits and support teams during these changes.
You will be working in close collaboration with the internal communications department and will be approaching service providers (ex. Video production)

You are an Engineering student or are studying for a Masters in Communications or Management and would like to gain experience in the implementation of a communications plan for an international group.

Ideally, you will already have some initial experience in supporting changes within an enterprise, through a previous internship or mission.

You are comfortable using MS Office tools; in addition, you understand SharePoint and other software such as Photoshop and InDesign.

This assignment requires open-mindedness, the ability to analyse and summarise, creativity, discipline and an interest in the field.

Your English is fluent.

An ability to take the initiative, a good sense of team spirit and a capacity to adapt will help you succeed in this mission.
