We are looking for a Methods Project Manager - Industrialisation to join our tools design team at our Selongey site.

The purpose of this position is :

To lead research and industrialisation projects for pressure cookers in the Group's zone (France and international).

Working as part of the Tools design office team at the Selongey site, the Methods Project Manager - Industrialisation will have the following missions :

- Develop and supervise the design – using CAD – of tools for making the metal parts needed for new pressure cookers.

- Carry out or supervise the calculation of the resistance of materials and metal stamping simulations.

- Ensure the development of new products and/or processes or the improvement of existing products or processes with respect for objectives concerning costs, time frames, quality, safety and investment, within the Group's zone.

- Organise, coordinate and optimise the launch of new products or processes, ensuring the necessary resources are available.

- Carry out applied research, studies, updates, analyses, tests or the implementation of innovations.

- Monitor technology in your field.

- Lead, manage and train project teams and manage the budget for your projects.

You have completed a 5 year course in Engineering and you already have some primary experience working in a similar position or you are a qualified technician (2/3 year's higher education) with 10 years' experience in the design and industrialisation of products manufactured in series production.

You are skilled at using IT tools (CAD - essential; Solidedge, Ansys and Autoform would be ideal).

You speak fluent English, enabling you to work autonomously throughout the international scope of the Business Unit.

Your technical expertise, project management skills and your ability to unite teams and good interpersonal skills allow you to lead your projects to a successful completion. You are motivated by being present in the field and working closely with production teams.

Experience in the transformation of sheet metals would be an advantage.
