Role Summary/Purpose

You will be part of a highly visible regionally based talent recruitment team that is focused on delivering best practices in recruitment services and hiring the best talent to the diverse GE businesses across MENAT. This is your opportunity to utilize your talent and passion for recruiting to help power GE's growth by recruiting top talent to GE.
Essential Responsibilities

Ensure the wing to wing process is applied across all recruitment activities
•Advising stakeholders on steps of the recruitment and selection process
•Conduct job briefing/recruitment meetings with Hiring Managers.
•Sourcing internal and external candidates according to relevant job criteria, mining databases, networking, internet recruitment activities, cold calling, media and employee referrals
•Pre-screening resumes and utilizing recruitment tools and systems to track all candidate information and ensuring compliance
•Interviewing candidates by phone and face-to-face. Conducting thorough screening of candidates to obtain relevant job related information including but not limited to work history, skills, abilities, education and motivation
•Presenting a shortlist with recommendations to Human Resources Managers and Hiring Managers. Create and communicate status reports for hiring managers in support of the recruitment process
•Coordinating interview logistics via the interview logistic team where applicable
•Support and advise HR Managers and Hiring Managers with candidate information for offer letters
•Utilize GE's recruiting tools & systems to effectively track, manage and engage with key talent
•Proactively support GE's diversity and localization objectives through diverse recruitment strategies
•Ensure general compliance with HR policies/procedures and practices
•Participating in recruitment/HR related projects & initiatives
Qualifications/Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferably in Labor Economics & Industrial Relations, Psychology, Sociology, Engineering or any other relevant Social Sciences.
•Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in recruitment within a corporate/in-house, RPO or Recruitment Agency environment
•Experience in managing the Wing-to-Wing recruitment cycle (with high volume and complex roles)
•Experience in assessing and qualifying candidates, using behavioral interviewing techniques
•Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
•Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
•Proven ability to leverage technology which supports the identification and attraction of candidates (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems)
