Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for designing highly complex modules, critical components or a whole application/product in its entirety. Has the vision to integrate it across multiple systems. Works independently and is seen as a technical leader. Is responsible for driving the design and development efforts related to architecture, scalability, availability and performance in alignment with the product/application roadmap.
Essential Responsibilities

The Sr. Software Engineer is responsible for a)managing design evolution across multi-generation product releases, b)leveraging technical depth to work on business initiatives, systems roadmaps, c)applying in-depth knowledge of product related technologies, technology platforms, architectures and engineering design principles and advancements, and d)leading the systems technical teams through the entire design cycle including requirements generation, design, implementation, and testing as the key technical mentor.
you will:
• Lead the contributions to and consumption of Digital Healthcare APM.
• Work directly with users and business partners to analyze user needs and capture requirements.
• Ensure translation of requirements into an architecture/high level design
• Use understanding of current and emerging technologies to enable solution differentiation
• Participate in the establishment of technical objectives, work plans and schedules for projects
• Communicate effectively and influence (mentor) technical teams to deliver
Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (ME, EE or ChE) from an accredited university or college
• 8 to 15 years of experience in Enterprise application design and development using Java and J2EE platform
• A minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in software development, systems & architecture concepts and designs
• A minimum of 3 years of experience on Spring and Hibernate Frameworks, workflow and analytics.
