Role Summary/Purpose

Quality leader is responsible for continued MS product quality improvement and quality management and taking full ownership of root cause analysis, preventive actions, and regular communication with MS factories as well as customers.
Essential Responsibilities

- Demonstrated EHS mindset and compliance.
- Lead and drive Measurement & Sensing product quality management especially MS Pressure Druck products.
- Take full ownership to address quality issues and improve overall product quality.
- Be focal point of root cause analysis, preventive action.
- Work closely with local sales/service team and global technical, and quality team for continuous quality improvement.
- Identify problems and take the initiative to remove all problems by making decisions and execution based on business impact with technical quantitative data.
- Establish strategic relationships at all levels of quality related divisions of customers.
- Assure the job is executed in a timely manner and in accordance with the customer's schedule and requirements.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English. Ability to articulate product quality requirement in a proactive manner and professionally push back to key stakeholders for corrective actions in English.
Qualifications/Requirements

- Experience in working on quality management related jobs for 3 years minimum
- Demonstrated quality management skills, with the proven ability to interface with, influence and cooperate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to have root cause analysis skill, problem solving skills, basic statistical skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and prepare concise and compelling presentations
- Demonstrated strong analytical, interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written), influencing and collaborative skills
- Ability to work under stressful working conditions including.
- Fluent Japanese and English Speaking and Writing
- Demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and develop influential relationships
Desired Characteristics

- Knowledge of BHGE MS products and service, especially MS Pressure Druck products
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent quality control certification
