Role Summary/Purpose

The Parts Master Scheduler will be the front-end demand scheduler for JB Parts Fulfillment organization responsible for optimizing and prioritizing the scheduled ship sequence for critical parts to maximize on-time delivery and fulfillment of customer needs.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Optimize the scheduled ship sequence to ensure material allocation is consistent with business prioritization also taking in consideration the inventory impact and optimization through big order quantities monitoring.

·  Effectively support short cycle demands and customer emergencies due to engine breakdowns

·  Communicate cross-functionally regarding business prioritization of material availability

·  Contribute to improving on-time delivery metrics for critical parts

·  Interface / coordinate with Parts Fulfillment, GSCM/ Sourcing, Regional Services, Warranty/Fleet Programs, Forecasting and Warehouse teams to prioritize transactions and optimize parts scheduling Participate to daily/ weekly meetings with GSCM, Forecasting and Fleet Programs teams

·  Create and organize the fulfillment schedule daily and make sure the output is communicated to the stakeholders

·  Work together with Fulfillment Team Leaders and Fulfillment Specialists to make sure that all issues related to scheduling and prioritization are properly handled and resolved

·  Own parts fulfilment targets, maintain, enhance and improve parts fulfillment metrics

·  Further tasks not involved in this Job Description that the immediate leader/manager assigns with verbally or in writing
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Degree from an accredited university in Economics or International Trade & Logistics and /or equivalent experience

·  Significant manufacturing, supply chain, or material management experience

·  Exceptional analytical skill set

·  Advanced Excel skills (VBA programming)

·  Fluent in English

·  Excellent communication and influencing skills with a strong customer focus

·  Pro-active approach to problem solving

·  Ability to work with multiple & competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

·  Ability to drive process improvements and solve complex problems

·  Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
