Role Summary/Purpose

Assist in developing OJT curriculum and Training.
Essential Responsibilities

 Work with various departments and training institution to support Professional Conversion Program (PCP) and Earn-and-Learn Program (ELP)
 Work with Teaming and HR Leaders to provide administrative related support to Training activities.
 Maintain and update training records for OJT and external trainings.
 Maintain and update employee profiles
 Coordinate and monitor new hires (including interns, contract and full-time employees) orientation process among the various supporting functions and shops operations.
 Assist with GE Operation Standard implementation and continuous improvement
Qualifications/Requirements

 Currently pursuing either a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related
 Ability to work independently
 Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
 Proficient in MS Office software
