Role Summary/Purpose

The Early Talent Program Coordinator will manage all early talent processes for interns and Leadership Program members including job postings, offer letters, onboarding, relocation, orientation, and enhancing the employee experience. The HR Coordinator is responsible for the transactional pieces of an employee lifecycle. Complete requests to help alleviate HRM & HRBP’s time away from their clients.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Early Talent Program Coordinator:
·  Lead and coordinate Early Talent intern vacancies, orientation, events, exit interviews and off-boarding
·  Initiate onboarding for interns and leadership program members (Background Checks, New Hire Process Transactions, I9s)
·  Lead, implement and drive new strategies and initiatives to create an exceptional intern experience
·  Be the face of the Early Talent program externally and internally facing with interns, program managers and HR managers
·  Partner with program managers to ensure Early Talent interns have meaningful assignments and high-quality assignment leaders
·  Serves as the central point of contact and communication on issues related to Early Talent
·  Coordinate initiatives to attract diversity into the Early Talent Program
·  Address any HR related issues and topics with Early Talent interns
·  85% of job responsibilities will be supporting the Early Talent Program 
·  Human Resources Coordinator: 
·  Provide dedicated support to multiple HR Managers and HR Business Partners with specific focus on HR transactions, data maintenance, reporting, onboarding, I9s and more
·  Provide rigorous data management specifically related to employee data/assignment changes, oracle records, and staffing compliance as needed
·  Complete all other HR data & transaction requests as needed
·  Ensure data quality while maintaining and protecting confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
·  Act as an interface between the local HR team and the Corporate HR Operations teams as needed

·  15% of job responsibilities to support HRC work
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Associate's degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant work experience)
·  Excellent PC Skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
·  Strong customer service focus, with a high level of responsiveness
·  Demonstrated excellent communications skills in English language, both written and verbal
·  Demonstrated organization skills and ability to work independently
·  Demonstrated passion and skills for internal customer problem solving/satisfaction
