Global Energy Management (GEM) is one of ENGIE's Business Units. We deliver services in supply and logistics management, asset management, risk management, market access management, while contributing to the market understanding, design and efficiency and developing market solutions to accelerate the energy transition.

Context:

Internal context : diversification of BU GEM activities, development of "international" GEM activities and new organization lead to a multiplication of intragroup cross-border transactions.

External context : growing attention paid by Tax Administrations to the amount of taxes paid by multinational companies and specifically to transfer pricing policies for the past few years.

The Tax&TP team therefore needs some motivated workforce to work on transfer pricing issues. An apprenticeship could help us cover our needs and could lead to a recruitement.

Role:

As a member of Tax&TP Team of BU GEM, you will help mainly on transfer pricing issues.

Main Activities:

·  Activity 1: compliance (local file, TP declaration)
·  Activity 2 : transfer pricing policy set-up and follow-up
·  Activity 3 Preparation of tax audits.

Work location:

Courbevoie, ENGIE T1

Education and professional background:

·  Student in Master's degree in International Taxation / Management / Finance with a first experience in tax would be appreciated
