Elyse Energy, an independent French industrial SME founded in 2020 and located in France, Spain and Portugal, specializes in the production of low-carbon molecules, particularly in the generation of green hydrogen and CO2 capture. The company is distinguished by its commitment to sustainability, producing locally e-methanol and sustainable aviation fuels for clients in the industrial, maritime, and aviation sectors. * Lead and supervise the execution of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery within the established budget. 
* Lead the relationship with the different stakeholders 
* Develop and implement strategies to align projects with Elyse Energy's business and environmental objectives. 
* Collaborate closely with internal and external multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, and external collaborators, to ensure consistency and effectiveness in project execution. 
* Efficiently manage human and financial resources allocated to projects to maximize efficiency and minimize risks. 
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and normative requirements in all projects, ensuring sustainability and social responsibility of Elyse Energy's initiatives. 
* Proactively identify risks and challenges in projects, implementing preventive and corrective measures as necessary.

Desired profile

* University degree in Engineering, preferably industrial or mining. Advanced qualification in project management is preferred. 
* Previous experience in successfully managing industrial projects, preferably in the oil & gas sector, renewable energy, or low-carbon technologies. 
* Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multifunctional teams towards common objectives. 
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Spanish and English. Knowledge of French will be valued. 
* Availability to travel.
