MISSIONSBuilding site preparation. Study the contract documents (building permit, general conditions of contract, technical documents), price studies, and strategic choices made by the agency manager (transfer meeting).. Perform administrative procedures within lead times (road network, DICT - declaration of the intention to begin work, etc.).. Check the actual conditions (land, additional studies, execution methods, environment, surveys, core sampling, etc.), and help to define the building site installation plan, the health and safety protection/prevention plan and the Quality Assurance plan. . Define the means - human (teams, competencies and availability), material, equipment and financial.. Establish the overall and provisional schedule and determine the returns (ratios).. Place orders with sub-contractors and suppliers, in conjunction with the Purchasing department or with the business manager. . Launch consultations, analyze offers, negotiate conditions and provide support for drafting contracts.Monitoring of the building site’s execution. Perform technical controls during construction (materials, production of materials on the site, compliance with the plan, etc.) and decide on any corrections to be made.. Organize, schedule and manage the works, and ensure the contractual management of the contract.. Analyze deviations from the estimated budget and optimize the results (income statement, earnings and cash position). . Ensure the appropriate formalities in case of any modifications to, or extension of, the works.. Take part in building site meetings and chair coordination meetings with the sub-contractors/suppliers.. Ensure that guidelines, standards and rules are applied, in particular those concerning safety.Building site preparation. Request the acceptance of the works and obtain the contractual documents (final general statement, acceptance statement, etc.) in collaboration with the business manager.. Trigger the invoicing, check the sub-contractor counts and, if necessary, establish claims in collaboration with the business manager.Team and employees support and development . Implement all management and HR development actions planned, to allow skills improvement of the employees and their mobility within the companyJOB REQUIREMENTS2 - 5 years’ higher education in an engineering school/university Or 5 years’ significant experience in the business JOB ENVIRONMENTReporting line: Site manager, Works director, Operational managerInternal relations: Engineering consultants, Support services, journeymen, etc.External relations: sub-contractors and co-contractors, clients, suppliers, CARSAT, OPPBTP, etc.

Votre profil :

Titulaire d’un Bac+4 à Bac+5 dans une école d’ingénieur ou équivalent, vous avez une expérience de 3 à 5 ans hors alternance dans une entreprise générale.

Très réactif, vous savez gardez votre sang froid et faire preuve de diplomatie avec les clients.

Polyvalent et méthodique, vous êtes animé par le goût du résultat.
