Business Systems Analyst - Business Intelligence

We are looking for a junior passionate Business Systems Analyst BI to join our ISIT Team in Benelux.

Your role as Business Systems Analyst (BI)

Within DAN'IS Benelux organization, IS BI Team provides support to different Danone Group programs like Bi Impulse supporting the Finance community.

This role reports to the Business Systems Manager BI and will work with functional teams across the organization.

Your responsibilities include analyzing new requirements and managing developments for all business domains. Also the applications in scope, i.e. Microstrategy, Power BI, Tagetic, Essbase.

Our scope includes about 15 Benelux companies from all 3 Health centred Businesses of Danone (Essential Dairy & Plant-based, Waters, Specialised Nutrition), ranging from Global Headquarters and Research Centre for Specialised Nutrition, to Sales Units and Supply Points from all 3 Businesses, as well as the Global Procurement organization of Danone.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will act as a link key users and the Local or Global Danone IS/IT Teams to resolve Incidents and implement Enhancements or new solutions in both support mode and project. This position collects and analyses Benelux BI needs for assigned projects, communicates with and influences stakeholders and participates in determining if the solution fits with the long-term strategic vision.

About you

Our succesful candidate is a strong team player and you have the ability to bring new ideas and best practices. You have strong strong communication skills and are eager to learn. Furthermore you:

- have 1+ years of experience in a similar position or in IS/IT support;
- have experience and familiar with BI domain (Microstrategy, Power BI);
- have experience with ITIL processes & systems (incident & change management);
- have analytical skills with the ability to use MS Office and IT helpdesk tools;
- are fluent in English, written and spoken;
- have ability to build, maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
