As a future Reward Analyst Apprentice you will report to the Reward Manager, and you will be part of AXAIM HR - Rewards and International Mobility

  • Your role and responsibilities :

You will participate to various processes of the Reward team as follows:

Compensation Review - Assist with the management of the annual compensation review process:

  • Compensation Review system (e-reward): participate to various data checks and uploads
  • Compensation Review output: help with the preparation of the communication to employees (contribute to the distribution list, manage access to compensation letters in the tool, handle specific letters …), participate to the payroll process with the HR Operations team.

Compensation Survey:

  • Support the preparation of the data submission in the frame of the annual compensation survey cycle
  • Assist with the data checks & consolidation
  • Assist the market data checks/cleaning

AXA IM deferred remuneration & AXA Long Term Incentive:

  • Participate to various data checks, data updates (grants, performance adjustments, forfeitures etc.)
  • Assist with the deferred compensation tool testing

Identified Employee Process:

  • Prepare the master working file for the annual review of the identified employee population
  • Consolidate the files received from different teams
  • Support the preparation of the documentation for steering committee, and the communication to employees

Fair pay analyses:

  • Support in the preparation of the mandatory reporting (France, UK, Switzerland) as well as the communication within the HR teams
  • Build the database used for the annual Gender pay and Equal pay data load.
  • Build the database used for the Equal pay annual review, and support the qualitative review with HRBPs

International Mobility:

  • Support the team in the different steps of an international mobility
  • Coordinate invoices and payments with Finance Department

Others:

  • Contribute to Reward and other transversal HR analysis and projects
  • Assist with various reporting requirements (Finance, Regulators, Compliance, …)
  • Assist the Reward team in the update of Reward policies and procedures.

Your qualifications and experience

·  Master Degree in HR

Your knowledges and skills

·  Fluent English oral and written, French is a plus
·  MS Office (Word, Excel)
·  A good level in Excel is required
·  A first internship in a Reward Team would be a plus
·  Sense of customer service towards other HR colleagues, employees.
·  Understanding of a multicultural environment
·  Analytical skills and detail-oriented
·  Good organisation skills, able to manage time effectively and work on a variety of ongoing tasks.
·  Ability to handle confidential information.
