ArcelorMittal is currently conducting a transformation program across Flat Carbon Europe in order to improve operational excellence in Finance, Procurement, Plant Maintenance and Operations. This strategic change goes along with transforming business processes and implementing a harmonized SAP solution across Flat Europe.
To embrace the change, we are currently looking for a motivated young professional to support their Systems, Processes and Compliance (SPC) department under the supervision of the head of SPC.
Roles and responsibilities
- Apply a structured project management methodology
- Report and follow up the progress of assigned tasks
- Liaise with the relevant business partners to carry out project activities
- Assist Systems, Processes and Compliance (SPC) department in defining new internal processes and procedures and redesigning the existing ones to align them to the ones defined centrally
- Help to ensure correct deployment of the company processes in day-to-day operative activities of the Purchasing department
- Prepare data analysis reports
- Assist the local head of SPC to fulfil requirements of the Central Compliance (documentation, mandatory Compliance trainings etc)
