Job description :
A european coordination role:
- Organisation of EWC meetings :
- 4 Select committees per year, 1 plenary session and a 3 day training session ; in addition our VIE will be in charge of organising the preparatory interviews with the EWC expert, consolidation of the all presentations, validation of the agendas
- Management of the sharepoint, supervision of the meetings preparation (logistical aspects, translations, … ), review and pre-validation of meetings report
French Coordination :
- Organisation of monthly conference calls with all HRs accross France
- Take part in the organisation of the quaterly meeting with the Heads of HR
- Assist in the preparation of meetings with TU national representative,preparation of the different negociations files,
- Legal monitoring
Profile:
Master’s degree specialised in Human Resources/ Labor law, a first experience in HR
reliable, responsive, organized and have strong interpersonal skills;
self-discipline and your sense of initiatives will be your key assets to succeed;
good command of microsoft office is required
Fluent french and english
