JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate Blade systems and rack mounted servers
Operate Windows Server versions (2008/2012/2016)
Execute installation and maintenance activities
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents
Perform capacity planning for the Windows infrastructure
Measure and maintain performance metrics of the Windows infrastructure
Administer AD, DNS and DHCP
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Adequate experience to its L1/L2/L3 position in enterprise environment, in similar position
University or College degree on relevant field
Skills in Blade systems and rack mounted server technologies
Windows certified exam(s) ( MCSA is expected on L3 support)
Basic SAN/LAN knowledge
Advanced English is a must
