For its Bank business, Allianz Bulgaria is looking for an experienced, highly motivated individual interested in IT controlling and management career who wants to be part of a leading international financial services organization for the position of:

IT Financial Controller

 

Main Roles and Responsibilities

·  Lead the forecasting and budgeting process
·  Preparation of regular controlling reports, presentations and analysis to support the management needs
·  Development, calculation, analysis and interpretations of key performance indicators (KPIs)
·  Be able to work independently and with a clear focus on accuracy and ensures timely communication of results
·  Builds partnerships and strong relationships with internal stakeholders
·  Be proactive, identify and flag potential issues and suggest preventive and improving measures
·  Be able to set up IT projects and support project management

 

Key Requirements

·  Proactive person, self-driven, well-organized, ability to prioritize
·  Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
·  Fluency in English (writing, speaking, reading)
·  Advanced Excel skills
·  Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
·  Experience with SAP applications is considered as advantage
