Internship (m/f) in HR Communication

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting our project portfolio change communication strategies and activities

Writing editorial content (in English/German) on the various initiatives for internal media, including the portal, addressing different target groups

Contributing to the drafting of change communication plans for the flagship projects

Designing change-communication material, with an eye for graphic design and, why not, video shooting

Designing, preparing and organizing internal communication and change-management events for the talent management and talent development projects

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Studies or experience in internal communication and change communication

Some journalistic experience in print and online media will be a plus

Fluent in English

Skills and Competencies

Resilience, and the ability to work independently, under pressure and as part of a team

Creativity, flexibility and the ability to get things done

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Starting date: Immediately for 6 months; full time (38 h/week)
- Salary: 1.400 € (Bachelor students) - 1.500 € (Master students) (also for mandatory internships)
- Location: Munich
- Requirement: Enrollment as a fulltime student / Gapyear
