You'll be responsible for

·  Monitoring the performance of repair shops to achieve positive performance outcomes, including regular on-site visits
·  Identifying market and industry trends, evaluating and applying strategies to improve repair shop performance
·  Understanding and anticipating customers needs by developing strong business relationships combined with competitor analysis to improve customer insights.
·  Overseeing the onboarding of new repair facilities and supporting the offboarding of repair facilities not meeting required performance standards
·  Supporting the application of nationally consistent Assessing policies, procedures and work practices

 

About you

·  Must have trade qualifications as a Panel beater, Spray painter or Motor mechanic
·  Motor insurance experience would be highly desirable
·  Current and practical knowledge of the smash repair industry
·  Excellent negotiation and data analytical skills
·  Demonstrated capability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
·  Team player who collaborates well with others to achieve customer centric outcomes
