JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support implementation of digital solutions for use cases along investment value chain, including prediction, optimization or automation problems. Solution design should cover the end-to-end process including translation of business into technical requirements, data collection and preparation, data analysis, prototyping (modeling and coding), testing, presenting the results to business owners.
Support AIM digital community activities, such as organization of meet-ups / WebEx for best practice sharing or training sessions dedicated to emerging technologies, machine learning, coding, RPA, etc
Provide research on different technologies and their opportunities for investment and asset management, analysis of peer activities with respect to digitalisation
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate is a passionate and capable problem solver, equipped with strong analytical skills. Candidates must be quick learners with a strong sense of personal responsibility, a technical orientation as well as good project management and communication skills.

Qualifications and skills
Ideally at the end of a Bachelor program / beginning of Master in management, finance, economics, statistics, (financial) mathematics, computer science, data science, engineering, operations research, actuarial science, business informatics, physics…
Familiar with or interested to learn some digital tools supporting collaboration and communication within project teams or community (e.g. SharePoint, O365)
Strong analytical skills, good programming skills
Good project management and networking skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong team player, ready to take over responsibility, dependable with independent thinking and an entrepreneurial attitude
Eager to learn new things
Passionate about digital transformation
