Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage ingénieur Industriel & Amélioration continue - A330 & A350 Customer Line (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus commercial sur son site de Toulouse - Saint-Martin.

Vous rejoindrez le département « Customer Line WideBody (WB)» en charge de réaliser les dernières étapes industrielles (essais au sol, vol de l'avion, …) avant la livraison finale à la compagnie aérienne.

Votre stage consistera à: accompagner des projets industriels/opérationnels déjà en cours.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en janvier (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Ce stage nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues. (phrase à supprimer si non applicable) 

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

· 
Mettre en place le pilotage de la performance et une gouvernance appropriées pour garantir l'atteinte de nos objectifs industriels, en définissant et en développant les KPI pertinents,

· 
Mettre en place une gouvernance appropriée pour identifier les écarts potentiels et garantir que nos 3 principaux problèmes soient correctement traités avec des plans d'action,

· 
Définir pourquoi/quoi/comment nous devons communiquer en interne et en externe sur nos performances,

· 
Effectuer des analyses de données spécifiques pour identifier les marges d’amélioration pour l’entreprise et proposer une voie à suivre pertinente.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences et connaissance suivantes :

- connaissances de la fabrication d'aéronefs, de l'écosystème de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et surtout, de l'ADN industriel/opérationnel d'Airbus.

- Identifier et supprimer les gaspillages

- Découverte des contraintes de gestion en atelier et les interfaces humaines complexes.

- Collaborerer avec de nombreuses compétences et personnes différentes d’Airbus.

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en BAC + 5 dans le domaine de l'industrie d'une école d'ingénieur ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

Soft Skills :

Bonnes capacités interpersonnelles pour interagir avec un grand nombre d'interfaces,

Très curieux, avec de bonnes capacités d'écoute et la capacité d'apprendre rapidement,

Appétit pour l'analyse des données et capacité à traiter et analyser les données du système (par exemple, Skywise),

· 
Goût pour l'environnement atelier et capacité à interagir à tous les niveaux,

Langues :

· 
Le niveau de négociation en français est requis, l'anglais comme avancé.

Your mission :

An internship opportunity titled "Industrial & Continuous Improvement Engineer Internship - A330 & A350 Customer Line (m/f)" has just opened at Airbus Commercia l located in Toulouse Saint-Martin.

You will join the Customer Line WideBody (WB) department, responsible for carrying out the final industrial stages (ground testing, aircraft flight, etc.) before final delivery to the airline.

Your internship will consist in: supporting industrial/operational projects already underway.

Ideally, this is a 6 month internship and it should start in january (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

·  Implementing appropriate performance management and governance to ensure we achieve our industrial objectives by defining and developing relevant KPIs.
·  Implementing appropriate governance to identify potential gaps and ensure our top three issues are properly addressed with action plans.
·  Defining why/what/how we need to communicate our performance internally and externally.
·  Conducting specific data analyses to identify areas for improvement for the company and proposing a relevant path forward.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills: 

- Knowledge of aircraft manufacturing, the supply chain ecosystem, and, most importantly, the industrial/operational DNA of Airbus.

- Identify and eliminate waste

- Discover shop floor management constraints and complex human interfaces.

- Collaborate with a wide range of skills and people at Airbus.

Your boarding pass for this adventure:

You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering School, or an equivalent field.

Your Boarding Pass: 

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 (engineering degree in industry) or equivalent.

You possess the following competences:

Soft Skills:

·  Strong motivation to discover the exciting industrial environment at Airbus,
·  Good interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of interfaces,
·  Very curious, with good listening skills and the ability to learn quickly,
·  Organized, analytical, and results-oriented,
·  A passion for data analysis and the ability to process and analyze system data (e.g., Skywise),
·  Enjoyment of the shop floor environment and the ability to interact at all levels,
·  Eager to learn and have fun with your colleagues!

Languages skills :

·  Negotiation skills in French are required,
·  and English is considered advanced.
