Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (Marignane) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main missions will include:

·  Participating in the creation of a process management system for the Market Range France Sales Administration department,
·  Analysing the existing situation (identifying procedures, architecture, documentation quality level, KPIs, etc.),
·  Defining the target (quality system architecture and content),
·  Analysing deviations,
·  Defining the action plan and implementing the solution (steering updates, training, raising stakeholder awareness of process management, etc.),
·  Writing reports intended for hierarchy (indicators, blocking points, etc.).

This internship will allow you to develop your skills in project management, the Quality system (ISO 9001) and award you the opportunity to acquire key skills in Supply Chain/Customer Services/Maintenance and Repair.

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school, completing a Master's degree or in the 5th year of university, specialising in Logistics and Supply Chain.

Ideally, you have initial experience.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent.
