Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters Marignane is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 4 to 6-month internship.

You will be working within the HR Improvement department at Airbus Helicopters in support of various projects in which HR are actively involved, such as:

·  Conversion of the company by supporting the management of change within AH Helicopters on new technologies, new mentalities and new working methods.

This internship will start on 2nd of January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks will be for example:

·  Organising events,
·  Driving a network of e-mentors and monitoring that community,
·  Acculturation of the HR community to the new technologies,
·  Assisting HR management in their tasks (presentations, documents, demonstrations etc.),
·  Communication on HR activities and news via the network,
·  Providing support to the department in the management of HR change, in collaboration with the Communication department,
·  Participation in information sessions, awareness campaigns and training in the new working methods within AH Helicopters,
·  Collaboration on HR projects within the HR community by supporting and coordinating actions (HR improvement programme, Innovation in HR, use of the new technologies within the HR community, transnational projects).

Required skills

You are in your final year of business school, a Master's degree or at university (5th year), specialising in Human Resources.

You ideally have initial experience in this field.

You are able to work without supervision, you are creative and have an ability to innovate. You have good communication skills and have a strong interest in the new technologies and collaborative working methods. As a facilitator, you know how to drive tasks and know the basics of project management. You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
