Description of the job

Within the Quality Management System department and attached to its manager, you will support the deployment of the:

·  EN9100: 2016 standard and
·  the process approach within ATR by participating in continuous improvement projects.

A 360 ° mission :
You will work closely with all departments of the company: purchase, production, design, support ...
You will be responsible for taking into account the requirements and needs of the various actors, in order to identify the good practices that will be standardized throughout the company.

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

In this context, your activities will consist of: :

·  Formalize existing processes (identity cards, interface contracts between processes, process maturity self- evaluation ...)
·  Support the optimization of governance routines (Process Reviews, Management Review, ...)
·  Contribute to the optimization project of certain internal processes: internal audits, management of suppliers, ...
·  Contribute to the promotion of quality culture through different vectors: quality portal, communication support (flyers, ...), awareness module, ...
·  Identify and transcribe external requirements (regulatory and normative) and internal requirements in relevant processes

Required skills

Technical Skills :

·  Knowledge of Quality standards (EN9100: 2016, ISO9001: 2015)
·  Concept of the process approach
·  Master the software of the Office Pack
·  Good level of English

·  Relational: to be able to adapt his behavior and attitude according to the interlocutor to maximize the quality of exchanges and promote teamwork
