Description of the job

An apprenticeship within the Delivery Centre has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse.

The apprentice will be in the "Organization Quality of Delivery Center" department, which is in charge of intervening on the delivery process of aircraft.

This work-study position will start on 4th September 2017 (subject to some flexibility) and is for a duration of 36 months.

Tasks & accountabilities

The objective of this apprenticeship is to develop digitisation with the following development axes:

·  Internal and external communication
·  Reorganisation of current and future means
·  Deployment of digital passport + other applications, including PULSE
·  Use of BIZZ LAB and all other innovations deployed within the AIRBUS group

You will provide support to the organisation (familiar with QOM, QLS, Pool Assurance Quality, Documentation) on the development axes and for the following projects:

·  Support in-flight monitoring activities as well as crash resolution and travel shooting
·  Innovation of processes applied to the Delivery Centre
·  IT means deployed or to be deployed: tablets, laptop PC, other tools
·  Communication within the teams with Quality Control Room and other means
·  Deployment of e-learning training for newcomers or specific skills
·  Deployment of tips or technical information by zoning or other means with an option to be able to easily find the information
·  Internal information sharing with the development of a QBT group or sub-group (e.g. MATTER MOST equivalent to WHATs App)
·  Information sharing with networks outside of the QBT organisation
·  Insertion of measured data in real time into internal tools (TLBs and QLB - measurement means)
·  Development of e-mentoring/digital world
·  Management of PC downloads
·  Development of drones

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

·  You are preparing an IT diploma or equivalent 5-year degree level
·  You have notions of aeronautics, and are passionate about new technologies
·  Soft skills: independent, inquisitive, innovative, meticulous, synthesis skills
·  Language skills: Fluency in English; Fluency in French
