:

Assist in delivering funders' reporting activities to ensure accurate records are maintained and bespoke correspondence is generated.
Provide guidance and advice to supervisors and Postgraduate Researchers regarding project costs and RTSG accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for Postgraduate Research operations at the Doctoral Academy front desk.
Support event management by assisting with operational duties.
Assist with managing the generic FSE related email inbox(es).
Perform specific tasks as required.

In addition to the Job Description, the following skills and experience are essential:

Flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs while maintaining confidentiality.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.
Digital literacy with familiarity in standard IT packages.
Relevant knowledge and experience in working with administrative processes.

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the Postgraduate research area. They will work closely with postgraduate students and academics, developing a deep understanding of the research landscape.

This role requires a commitment of 35 hours per week, with core hours from 10 am to 4 pm. Office based full-time.
