The Caretaker is the first point of contact for residents of two of our residential blocks and is crucial to the delivery of customer service to tenants. The objective of the role is to consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service on behalf of our client.. Working with the Property Manager and Block Manager, the Caretaker will oversee the buildings, houses and apartments and will also support the letting and tenancy turnaround function to minimise void times.

Purpose of role:

To provide excellent customer service to all residents and prospective residents.. The expectations of residents in the private rental sector are increasing and a primary objective for the Caretaker will be to meet and exceed expectations by delivering excellent customer service.

Main duties of role

* To provide a warm and courteous welcome to all residents and visitors.

* To actively engage with residents, visitors, colleagues and contractors.

* To co-ordinate day-to-day on site services, including co-ordination of repairs and tenant liaison.

* To anticipate resident's needs and arrange services to meet them.
