Job Advert: Project Manager - Customer Service Department

Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their dynamic Customer Service Department. Responsibilities:

Implement an effective project launch by collaborating closely with Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality departments.
Maintain quality standards to BS EN ISO 9001 and ensure products meet customer expectations.
Uphold Health and Safety regulations and promote effective communication.
Contribute to the implementation of total quality and process improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain clear project plans and schedules.
Identify and mitigate any risks or delays in project timelines.
Report additional costs to projects and ensure agreements are reached.
Attend pre-production meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Produce management reports for regular meetings.
Liaise with relevant departments regarding changes in delivery requirements.
Maintain accurate reporting of multiple projects via customer interface/portal.

Professionalism in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Understanding of Quality plans and specifications.
Knowledge of Group Quality procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and IT systems.
