Job Title: Shift Operator
Salary: Up to £15 per hour!
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Operate packing machinery efficiently and accurately.

·  Stack boxes onto pallets according to specified guidelines.

·  Weigh, wrap, and label bags and pallets with precision.

·  Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely.

·  Utilise a counterbalance forklift to manoeuvre stock safely and effectively.

·  Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.

·  Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

·  Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

·  Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.

·  Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control standards.

Requirements:

·  You must have a valid counterbalance licence

·  Previous experience within a factory / working a production line would be preferred.
