We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our client's Marketing department on a temporary basis. Based in Tycoch, Swansea, our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that is dedicated to maximising applications through a wide range of marketing and promotional activities. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns, events, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and deliver compelling marketing materials and a vibrant online presence that drives recruitment and aligns with our client's objectives.

·  Provide assistance in the administration, planning, and organisation of events such as open evenings, PR launches, and student award/graduation ceremonies.

·  Support the team in producing creative marketing materials, including promotional emails, social media copy, digital assets, and course guides.

·  Contribute to the enhancement of our client's digital media presence by creating and reviewing website copy and monitoring social media activity.

·  Liaise and collaborate with external agencies, including photographers, videographers, and promotional merchandise companies, as required.

·  Assist in implementing effective monitoring and market research strategies for publications, campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.

·  Monitor and analyse digital campaigns and website performance using Google Analytics.

·  Support the coordination of photography, videography, and case studies for marketing materials.

·  Work closely with staff and students to source good news and success stories.

·  Provide administrative assistance, such as answering phones, responding to emails, proofreading, note-taking, and general team support.

·  Assist in managing the central marketing budget by liaising with suppliers, handling invoices, and raising purchase order numbers.

·  Attend external recruitment-led events and provide valuable feedback to the team.

·  Collaborate with the Admissions team on various marketing and recruitment initiatives to maximise applications to our client's organisation.

·  Contribute positively and productively to a professional, innovative, responsive, and effective in-house marketing service for our client
