This position is mainly the receiving of goods, stock control, checking for obvious damage, rejection of goods, locating within the production environment. Units will also need to be packaged for transport to our end customer. With this role a forklift licence is required due to the need of loading and unloading goods.

General Activities

* Process customer credit requests and book into stock

* Process repair/warranty returns and pass to Service Dept.

* Control quarantined parts

* Accept, check and store Free Issue parts

* Unpack, store and collate orders for Marketing

* Dispatch demo boxes and monitor return date and condition

* Creation and control of bin locations

* Issue ICM's and SAP orders for goods to be returned for credit to Germany from store 60

* Forklift & carousel operations and minor maintenance

* Raise ICM's/Vendor Failure Reports for incorrect shipments/damaged/faulty parts received from Germany or UK vendors

* Accept, check and book in on SAP orders received from outside suppliers

* Accept, check and book in on SAP deliveries received from Germany for stock/production orders.

* Monitor and assist stock control

* Support and assist other Logistics operatives

* Picking, packing and dispatching stock for delivery and production

* Cleaning tidying and maintenance of the stores area

* Any other duties needed in the running of the stores are.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
