We are looking for a high-calibre, experienced ICT Lead with a strong background in transformational change. You will oversee the ICT work-stream, managing the current ICT Project Manager and ICT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) while ensuring alignment with budget and project time-lines.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the ICT work-stream, providing guidance to the ICT Project Manager and team.
· Ensure all ICT activities required for successful delivery of the project are accurately planned and documented, including risks and updates.
· Document and test all ICT support processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
· Act as the primary interface between our organisation and the to ensure contractual and operational deliverables are met on time.
· Coordinate with the mobilisation work-stream owners and corporate system owners to ensure systems are properly configured and tested for the project's successful delivery.
· Efficiently manage project resources and budgets to deliver the project effectively and efficiently.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
· Proven experience in a leadership role within ICT, specifically with transformational change projects.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Experience working with high-profile clients, particularly with government.
· Exceptional management and leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving project goals.
· Familiarity with ICT best practices, methodologies, and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in program management or directorship roles.
· A background in ICT within the public sector or with government clients.
