HR Advisor - French, Italian, Spanish OR German Speaking
Our leading global client is currently recruiting a HR Advisor to join them at their head office based in Chester. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable company that can offer a flexible working environment with excellent benefits and ample of great opportunities.
This role is initially on a 3 month assignment.
· Providing employees and managers with policy advice, guidance and support for HR processes
· Preparing appropriate documentation to meet customer needs related to HR processes
· Working through general HR enquiries
· Use discretion and sound judgement to determine the best method of resolution to any HR problems that may occur
· FLUENT in English plus one further language - French, Italian, Spanish or German (fluent in written communication)
· Experience working within an HR role
· General knowledge and understanding of HR policies
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrated strong attention to detail
· Highly computer literate, high level of Excel skills
· Experience working in an international environment would be desirable but not essential
Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday. Opportunity to work from home part of the week.
