Our client seeks an experienced Administrator to support the Facilities and Help-desk Department.

This role is a contract until March 2020, with an immediate start date.

free parking on site, weekly pay!

Duties:

- Handling inbound and outbound calls

- To administer all help desk calls in line with site-specific KPIS.

- To escalate any urgent and critical jobs to line managers immediately

- Dealing with queries and complaints

- General admin duties as required

- Manage calls and emails within agreed SLA's

- Support operational team to ensure works are assigned and completed as efficiently as possible.

- Liaise with customers and colleagues on a daily basis to ensure tasks are scheduled and completed within the contract deadlines.

Skills and Knowledge

- Strong customer service skills

- Exceptional telephone manner

- Strong planning and organisation skills
