We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor.

Duties will include:

Answer inbound telephone calls from customers regarding ordering of products.

Identify potential sales opportunities from inbound calls, to wither up-sell or cross sell.

Deliver quality device whilst maintaining performance against expected targets.

Make outbound calls to existing and lapsed customers t promote offers and gain sales in line with promotional offers and campaigns where required.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning.
