An excellent new opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a leading organisation based in Sheffield.

This part time, permanent opportunity is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known local organisation, working 22.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate must have significant administrative experience and will have previous experience of dealing with and co-ordinating general enquiries.

Experience of delivering excellent customer service in an administrative function is essential.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·  To manage the donations telephone line ensuring that all calls and messages are handled promptly and efficiently

·  To keep a clear electronic log of all calls and outcomes.

·  To give appropriate and sensitive advice to donors on the suitability of the items that they wish to donate including providing them with a realistic timescale for the collection.

·  To check donors' eligibility for joining the gift aid scheme and be able to communicate effectively what the scheme is, and actively promote to encourage sign up.

·  To diarise the collections and deliveries list for van drivers, in conjunction with the donor/purchaser, ensuring that schedules are achievable.

·  To manage last minute schedule changes by clearly communicating between the drivers, donors and shops.

·  To offer a high-quality customer service experience for all supporters.

·  To offer a high-quality customer service experience for the retail team.

Person Specification:

·  An excellent telephone manner is essential

·  Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as experience of working with databases.

·  You should possess excellent communication skills

·  High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

·  Positive, can do attitude
