Adecco Romford are currently recruiting for Call Handlers to join and well known company based in Romford, Essex.

You will be responsible to:

·  Dealing with a consistent number of incoming calls

·  Respond to verbal enquiries providing a one stop service where possible

·  Process all calls to the agreed quality standards

·  To undertake any other duties as required

The most suitable candidate will have excellent customer service and telephone manner, must have great attention to detail and worked in a similar before.
