Position: Anti Social Behaviour Officer

Location: Hounslow

Duration: 6 Months

We're currently seeking an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to provide a first-class Anti-Social Behaviour Management service to the Residents of Hounslow.

Key Accountabilities:

·  To manage complex Anti-Social Behaviour, Domestic Violence and Hate Crime cases providing specialist support to Housing Management Service to resolve cases escalated to the Specialist team.

·  To work closely with the Professional witness, Concierge, Estate Caretakers, Housing Officer, Housing Team leaders and Sheltered Scheme Mangers to resolve ASB issues.

·  To prepare and service legal notices and prepare cases for court. Provide and encourage residents who are victims of ASB to attend court hearings to give evidence.

·  Review cases regularly keeping details records of all actions and communications with involves parties on ASB issues.

·  Play a key role in safeguarding vulnerable children and adults through making referrals to Social Services where there are concerns relating to the well-being of a residents or a member of their household.

Essential Skills and Experience for this position:

·  Experience of anti-social behaviour management.

·  Knowledge of legislation that applies to the management of Domestic Violence, Racial Harassment and Anti-Social Behaviour.

·  Focused on achieving results and perseveres with problems until resolved.

·  A commitment to the highest standards of customer service.

·  Full UK or EU Driving Licence required.
