Key tasks
En tant que stagiaire, vous serez amené(e) à participer à toutes les actions suivantes :
- Le bon déroulement du séjour des clients dans l'hôtel.
- La constitution du dossier client lors de son arrivée et jusqu'au règlement des prestations lors de son départ.
- Assurer le standard téléphonique et prendre les réservations
- Gérer la caisse et les facturations
