Key tasks

Ce stage en restauration vous permettra d'acquérir des compétences en service, mais également en gestion. Vous découvrirez de nouvelles notions tout en approfondissant vos connaissances existantes en restauration.

Pour la partie opérationnelle:
Mise en place
Accueil des clients
Prise de commande et service

Pour la partie gestion :
Suivi des avis clients et analyse, vous ferez force de propositions pour améliorer l'expérience client.
Analyse des offerts, participation aux inventaires pour comprendre le calcul des ratios.

Stage nourri et rémunéré, non logé.
