Job description

Key tasks

* Primarily promote the hotel and to achieve optimal sales in the best possible conditions.
* Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the dedicated accounts in Mainland and Greater China
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting travel agent relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
* Business travel to key source region and represent resort in relevant travel shows/ invite important partners on FAM Trip to resort and host them regularly
* Analyzes current client base or target market for the hotel
* Develops and manage Chinese Social Media Platform for the resort such as WeChat and Weibo
* Overseas distribution of marketing materials
* Networks with wedding planners and special event planners to encourage hotel bookings.

Essential and optional requirements

Bachelor Degree.
At least 1-2 years experience in the sales field.
Bilingual English and Chinese.
Accorhotels experience is advantage.
Sales acumen/persuasive.
Sales negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong motivational, innovative and interpersonal skills.
