Key tasks
PERSONALITY AND SKILLS
-Responsible for the leadership of Lava Dining and In Room Dining.
-Lead and develop the Food and Beverage team, including training, coaching and counselling of staff.
-Assist in controlling costs associated with F&B outlets.
-Maintain and implement and review brand and service standards.
-Support the Manager to meet service productivity and revenue generation targets.
-Recruitment and selection of team members.

-F&B experience in a leadership role in a fine dining environment.

-Experience in forecasting, payroll planning & cost control.
-Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to easily establish rapport with guests, staff and suppliers.
-Desire and ability to train, coach and develop staff.
