Job description

Key tasks

* Assist DOSM to handle all key marketing, events, advertising, direct marketing, online marketing, events planning & organizing to support the Hotel’s Business Objectives.
* Creating and maintaining a high profile and positive image of the hotel to ensure customer preference.
* Maximize Hotel exposure through all possible channels.
* Develop and foster a positive image and relationship of Pullman Luang Prabang with the public, i.e. Media, VIP guests, Celebrities, Clients and the Community.
* Promote Pullman Brand Image and Control the high standard of all printed materials according to Pullman Brand Standard.
* Prepare a budget and PR forecast with short and long range goals, as well as control and analyze cost and keep it within the set budget.

Essential and optional requirements

* Fluent command of written and spoken English, understanding of local language or Thai is a plus.
* At least two-year experience in the similar field, with background in the hospitality or tourism industry.
* Experience in a multinational and multicultural environment.
* Excellent connection with various Press, Media, relevant government agencies & important local personalities and businessmen.
* Photography Enthusiasm, Social Media, Digital Marketing.
* Excellent Computer Skills, especially with design and photo-editing software i.e. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
