• MBO degree 4 or Bachelor degree in the hospitality segment
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Front Office of a luxury hotel
• You master both, Dutch and English at a fluent level, further languages are a plus

• Ability to understand numerical data

But what is this job really about? As a Night Manager you already have experience at the Front Office but seek to take on the responsibility throughout night. As well as being responsible for all the common reception activities, such as check-in/out’s, answering the phone, you will be performing multiple administrative tasks. These include but are not limited to processing payments, preparations for the day shifts or running the night audit with all the related management reports. Moreover, you supervise the night receptionists and with the support of the security department will ensure the safety of our guests as well as other employees working during the night.
