Key tasks
Vous êtes le garant du bon déroulement du séjour des clients. Vous assurez les différentes prestations offertes aux clients la nuit.Vous participez à la fidélisation de la clientèle existante, vous pouvez être amené à traiter des objections et des réclamations de la clientèle et vous devez en informer la direction. Vous participez à la synergie du groupe en faisant du renvoi inter-hôtels. Vous êtes chargé(e) des encaissements, assurez le contrôle de la caisse et veillez à la sécurité des fonds.
