Job description

Key tasks

The Guest Service Agent will be dynamic and efficient to serve all guests approaching the Front Desk with a professional manner, warm welcome and positive attitude. She/he will be a main actor in the Check-in and Check-out process, which occur at the Front Desk, and will be available to assist the guest in any time.
