Job description

Key tasks

To welcome and check-in all guests.
To assign rooms and prepare Key Card and folders for all arriving guests and groups.
To handle all Key Card, mail, facsimiles, messages and other special request for guests.
To assist Assistant Manager to escort VIP guests to the room after checked in.
To assist Reservations Department in taking reservation after office hours.
To provide courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and every guest’s request.
To remain the Reception Counter and to answer all incoming calls.
To perform shifts duties according to the duty roster.
To check out guests according to established procedures, and ensure all payment or vouchers are collected. Etc…..
